Greater American Roofing received an Honorable Mention Award for their work on GA-148: Jerrold Clark, a multi-million dollar property in Atlanta, Georgia. On the residential side of projects, this one sets an exceptional point in the industry due to the size, scope, and complexity. The home has an intricate structure with a predominant pitch of 12/12 and two stories. Furthermore, the scope included replacing the current roofing system with designer asphalt shingles to maintain the appearance of the castle-style exterior.

Greater American Roofing replaced the entire roofing system. The new roof complements the copper trim and architecture, as well as the substantial amount of brick and stone that encompasses the home. GA-148: Jerrold Clark is now being used as a model home within the private neighborhood and exemplifies the beauty of asphalt roofing systems.

For over 10 years, the awards program has celebrated excellence in the asphalt roofing industry. ARMA received over 80 submissions this year, which were judged by a panel of industry experts and members of the trade media. Greater American Roofing will be recognized at the upcoming International Roofing Expo (IRE). ARMA will arrange a five-minute photo opportunity at each winning manufacturer booth. Award winners are also recognized in member communications, industry publications, and news outlets throughout the country.
