Sales Manager-Residential Roofing Division
Work Location: Multiple Locations across Atlanta Metro and North Georgia areas

Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
To oversee and provide leadership to the Sales Department for it to achieve the goals set by the company.
- Work with the Company Sales team to increase company revenue and profit goals.
- Teamwork with Company to recruit and manage new clients.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and job walkthroughs as needed with sales team members.
- Follow GAR sales policies, processes, and procedures (manuals, Handbook)
- Collaborate with other employees to exceed industry standards and practices.
- Responsible for working with Sales team employees on company policies, job responsibilities, inter-department communication and continuity. Work closely with the Service and Production Departments to ensure smooth flow for an excellent customer experience.
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Sales Department and ensuring sales and revenue goals are met.
- Continually seek to improve the processes and the people within the Sales Department.
- Build, maintain, and manage customer relations.
- Travel with the Sales team during canvassing activities, as well as on customer/prospect visits as needed.
- Review and manage sales team activity in CRM, Microsoft Office, and other software.
- Ensure all Sales Department personnel are properly managing the customers.
- Review all contracts, subcontract agreements, change orders, etc to ensure they meet company requirements
- Assist sales team members in selling upgrades such as warranties and higher tier components
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes or complaints.
- Manage personnel in a learning environment to promote personal and professional growth within the ranks.
- Meet or exceed GAR revenue, expense, and profit budgets.
- Create processes to ensure More productivity and less stress from employees.
- 100% Customer satisfaction and best Customer Experience. (as evidenced by reviews, customer feedback)
- Work with the Company Sales team to increase company revenue and profit goals.
Job Requirements:
- Some College Education and/or 3+ years of Sales Manager experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient with Blueprint, Insurance Scope reading
- Strong Math and Writing Skills
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Able to climb stairs and ladders
- Maintain balance at heights
- Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Stoop, bend and work on knees, crawl
- Verbally communicate and understand objectives
- Work with extreme weather conditions
- Comfortable with hand and power tools
- Follow all safety procedures
- Keep sites clean and free from hazards
- Adhere to all quality processes
- Some College Education and/or 3+ years of Sales Manager experience preferred

Roofing Repairs Technician-Residential Roofing Division
Work Location: Multiple Locations across Atlanta Metro and North Georgia areas
Looking for Experienced roofer, comfortable working on all roof types.
We are seeking a Roofer to assist with residential and small commercial roofing jobs. In this role, you will be focused on small roof repairs primarily dealing with asphalt shingles, pipe jacks, and other materials. It is essential that you adhere to all company required safety standards including the use of OSHA approved safety gear at all times, to secure your tools in order to prevent building damage and maintain a safe work area.
Roof Repairs Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Provide repair service to all types of residential roofs
- Install new materials, such as asphalt shingles, pipe boot repairs, etc
- Caulking and small leak repairs, gutter cleanings, installation of gutter covers, inspect and provide reports to customers with pertinent information.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations
- Provide repair service to all types of residential roofs
Roof Repairs Technician Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2 Years of prior roofing installation or repairs experience
- Familiarity with various hand tools, including shingle cutters, etc.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at significant heights in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000 – $200,000.00 per year
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (hours vary depending on season)
